1: Why does my player feel warm?
  - When the player is in use for a long period of time, its surface will be heated. This is not a failure. To make it cool down, you can
    do either of the following:
    Switch the player off for a while.
    Keep the player at a location with good ventilation

2:What can be the problem when the player has no power for playback? 
  -Maybe either end of the plug on the the mains cord is not connected correctly. Ensure both of the plugs are connected correctly. 
   There may be something wrong with the wall outlet. You can check it by connecting another fine home appliance, if it doesn't  work  ,  
   connect the player to another wall outlet. 
   The internal battery runs out if you without a wall outlet. Recharge the battery before you can continue to use it. 
   The player probably needs to be switched off before it can be recharged. Details please refer to the user manual. 

3: Can I use Digital Photo Frame during its AUTO OFF periods? 
  - Yes. Press any control button to bring the system back to ON status.
     If you want to turn on the Photo Frame during an AUTO OFF period, just press any key, the Photo Frame will wake up until the next
     AUTO OFF  period.

4:Can I switch between different slideshows photos by using different memory cards?
- Yes. When a memory card is connected to the Digital Photo Frame, it will slideshow photos stored on that specific card.
   Increase the memory of the Photo Frame by permanently inserting a memory card into it. This allows the same functions as the
   internal  memory to be performed.
   Two memory card slots can be used at the same time; therefore one can be dedicated for the extended memory and the other slot
   for  reading and copying pictures from the camera memory card.
