Building a business is no easy ride—it’s a journey full of challenges. So, what really helps a company stand strong through two decades of ups and downs? Here are three key factors we believe make all the difference:
1. Riding the Wave of the Times
Shenzhen is the global hub for consumer electronics and smart hardware, known for its highly efficient ecosystem. Over the past 25 years, the industry has seen wave after wave of opportunities—from DVDs and MP3s to digital photo frames, tablets, iPhone accessories, and smart home devices. Brands rose and fell, but Maxevis, founded in 2005, has consistently identified emerging trends and dived in early, staying ahead of the curve.

2. A Strong Culture and Core Competencies
Shenzhen is a dream destination for entrepreneurs worldwide. With every new market opportunity, hundreds of businesses jump in, making competition fierce. To stand out, a company must build unique strengths. At Maxevis, we’ve fostered a culture of care—treating employees with respect, partnering fairly with suppliers, and going above and beyond for customers. We never say "no" to a challenge; even with a 1% chance, we give 120% effort. This consistent ethos has earned us a solid reputation and will continue to drive us forward.

3. The Founder’s Resilience and Vision
The entrepreneurial path is full of obstacles—policy shifts, market changes, and personal tests. What keeps a company steady is the founder’s unwavering commitment. Over the past 20 years, Maxevis’s founder and Chairman, Wu Weiming, has stayed true to the mission of "empowering others to succeed, and succeeding through empowering others." With determination and steady leadership, he has guided Maxevis through every storm.

A New Chapter: Maxevis Today and Tomorrow
Now, as we enter the era of AI and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Maxevis is once again stepping up. This May, we moved into a new industrial park and celebrated our 20th anniversary with a series of events: a Family Open Day on June 1, a partner tea party on June 21, and a grand ceremony on June 25 titled "Intelligence Opens a New Chapter, Ecological Co-creation."

At the celebration, Chairman Wu announced that June 1 will now be our annual Family Open Day and anniversary date. He also unveiled our strategic plan for the next 10–20 years: building the "New Maxevis." Our new park will be an AI-powered smart ecosystem focused on:
Strengthening our core expertise in kids’ smart tech products and expanding our overseas business.
Leveraging 20 years of supply chain experience—from design and molding to production and global sales—to create an incubation platform for AI hardware startups.
Building a closed-loop ecosystem where innovation, supply chain management, and cross-border e-commerce come together.
We’re opening our doors to partners, friends, and innovators. Let’s build the future together—collaboratively and win-win.
